Morning links: WSU knocks off UCLA

Washington State got its first win over a ranked team under coach Ernie Kent Sunday, beating UCLA in Pullman.

We'll look more closely at the game in our day-after post later today, but for now tide yourself over with our game coverage, including my game story and postgame video of  Kent and some players. Here is the AP story, as well as one from the UCLA perspective.

I'd also like to pass along this collection I put together of my favorite stories from 2015.

-- Arizona beat its instate rival and Arizona State coach Bobby Hurley wasn't happy at all.

-- No. 21 Utah got swept this weekend, losing on Sunday to California, which is 2-0.

-- Washington is also 2-0, overcoming a 22-point deficit to beat USC.

-- Oregon State beat Oregon in the conference opener for both schools.

-- Colorado squeaked past Stanford to avoid a Bay Area sweep.
