Morning links: WSU swept by USC

Washington State's Los Angeles trip got off to a rough start.

The Cougars only played poorly for a brief stretch on Thursday, but that's plenty to doom a road team in what is shaping up to be perhaps the country's toughest college basketball conference.

WSU will have a chance to salvage the trip, and pick up a sweep of its own, on Saturday at UCLA. In the meantime, here is our game story from yesterday, as well as postgame quotes from Ernie Kent and a box score.

In other Pac-12 news…

-- Arizona's 49-game home winning streak was snapped by Oregon yesterday.

-- Arizona State picked up its second Pac-12 win in emphatic fashion.

-- Washington held off UCLA's comeback to pick up its third Pac-12 road win.
