Could the conference shuffle, which took some time off during the first part of the football season before heating back up, include Gonzaga?
There's an ESPN.com report this morning that Gonzaga would be interested in a “national, branded” conference alongside national Catholic-based schools. I asked a GU official about this maybe 9-10 days ago when rumblings first surfaced and got the “are you out of your mind?” look. However, coach Mark Few did say something akin to Gonzaga having to look out for the school's best interests in a response to a recent question.
