Shock TV and player moves

Another busy day for the Spokane Shock, who are sorting out their roster in preparation for their March 11th opener at San Jose. That game will be televised at 8 p.m. by KREM 2, with the Rob Keefe Coach's Show airing at 7:30. That link also has details on the new broadcast team (EWU football play-by-play voice Larry Weir replaces Greg Heister. Weir joins analyst Mike Peterson for the broadcast of home games.)

Former Eastern Washington Eagle Lance Witherspoon has left the Shock to go to the CFL. That link also has news on several other player transactions.

Shock games will be on KREM, KSKN

The Spokane Shock have a new home on the TV dial.

Every Shock home game (except vs. Philadelphia on June 10, which will be on NFL Network) and selected road games for the 2011 season will be televised on KREM or its sister station KSKN. More here.

Shock games were initially televised by KHQ from 2006-08 and its sister station SWX the last two seasons.

ESPN The Ticket (AM 700) remains the radio home for Shock games.
