A big one here: Some new users on the site were unable to post comments. It turns out that users who hadn’t entered any name information (either a first name, last name, or both) were post and get to the comment preview screen, but their comments would never actually post. There wasn’t any visible error message either, making it all the more frustrating to anyone who was experiencing the problem.
The good news: It’s fixed! Keep the feedback coming … and obviously this particular bugfix will make it easier for that to happen ;)

Good afternoon, Ryan…
Still learning my way around, but this is nice.

Can I send a link to an individual photo to somebody?
Or do I have to send a link to the entire photo gallery and then have people click the little number link in the flash animation in order to get them to see it and hope that no other pictures have been recently added to change up the numbering?
It would also be nice to be able to comment on photos. Individual photos, not the gallery, that is.

@IdahoAmerican - Every photo published to the site has its own page, regardless of whether it's in a gallery or not. Here's an example:
http://www.spokesman.com/photos/2008/…
On that page, you can leave comments on that specific photo. When you're viewing a gallery, though, you're right - comments are on the gallery and not individual pictures. I think we should be able to enable galleries to let you click through to individual photos, though. We'll look into that. Thanks for the idea.
