Queen of Sheba turns 5
Spokane's Queen of Sheba Ethiopian restaurant celebrates its fifth anniversary this month.
To mark the occasion, owner Almaz Ainuu is sharing instructions for a few of her oft-requested dishes: Tibs, a beef stir-fry with onions and green peppers, and Yemeshir Kik We’t, a vegetarian dish of red lentils in berbere sauce.
