How to get to Tomato Street
A local chain of Italian restaurants plans to open a new location at River Park Square.
Tomato Street at the Falls is slated to open in early fall in the downtown mall. Remodeling has already started in the first-floor suite formerly occupied by Rocky City Grill, which recently moved to the South Hill.
Tomato Street specializes in pizza, calzones, smashed focaccia sandwiches and entrees such as seafood fettuccine, chicken marsala and chicken parmigiana. Customers can also create their own pizza and pasta dishes.
