KING 5 on Inslee’s “poison pill”

Washington state Gov. Jay Inslee is reportedly considering diverting $700 million earmarked for bike, pedestrian and transit projects to road work in order to enact rules requiring cleaner burning fuels.

Last night, KING 5 reported on the choice Inslee appears to face: either frustrate environmentalists or face a revolt of alternative transportation advocates.
