Common Sense Self Defense Seminar
This amazingly simple personal defense system was designed to be used by the average person against all types of attacks and attackers. It is easy to learn and apply, and has proven to be an equally effective way for both women and men to defend themselves against a wide variety of commonly used attacks. Seminar attendees learn simply and effective techniques that use leverage, body geometry, and a knowledge of the body’s weak points that enable them to protect themselves against larger and more powerful attackers. Learn how not to be a victim, what to do when someone tries to hit you, what to do when someone tries to grab you, what to do when someone tries to tackle you or throw you to the ground, how to escape from the ground, defensive strategies for multiple attackers and self defense against weapons and more. Course is taught by Sifu Charlie Hicks, Chief Instructor at the Tzu Jan Martial Art Institute, a Certified Instructor with over 29 years of Martial Arts experience.
