Hands-on Zine Workshop
Zines are self-published mini-magazines printed in small numbers, typically made by hand and duplicated with a copy machine. Common topics include fan-fiction, art and design, and personal journals or memoirs. The workshop will offer insight into the publishing world and the facts about self-publishing, copyright and the reliability of information. Participants will look at their creations in the context of other zines and publications, the library collection and society in general. Sponsored by University of Idaho Library.
