Wild Goose Qigong
Every Sunday in June, 10 a.m. to noon. Taught by Master Sun Da-Jin, Qigong is an age old tradition in China, where a series of postures and motions imitate wild geese. Geese are birds of longevity in China and the practice is known to delay aging and prolong life. The exercises involve deep breathing and consist of both vigorous and gentle movements.
