The Cardinal dropped below .500 in conference play. … Utah is embracing the challenge of hosting No. 9 Arizona tonight (noon, Pac-12 Networks). Utah has improved, and Arizona wants to do the same defensively. … USC is hoping it can contain California guard Allen Crabbe today (7 p.m., FSN). The Bears are starting to peak at the right time.
