Spokane ordinance regarding parking

The creation of the Entertainment Parking District in downtown Spokane has led to changes in traffic and parking city ordinances. This document shows the changes with additions underlined and deletions crossed out. Page 605 describes handicapped parking at meters; the bottom of Page 607 and top of Page 608 describe the new Entertainment Parking District.
