Petetion for review: Nine Mile Falls School District lawsuit

Spokane lawyer Michael McFarland filed a petition for discretionary review to the state Supreme Court May 21 regarding a Court of Appeals ruling that reinstated a lawsuit against the Nine Mile Falls School District.
