Memorandum in support of motion for Zehm stay

Document filed by the United States in support of its motion for a stay in the civil suit filed in the death of Otto Zehm. On page 24, the memo reads, "The United States has demonstrated that it has a continuing investigation about other possible federal obstruction offenses and that this investigation conceivable includes one or more of the other Defendants named in this civil suit."
