Letter submitted to bolster Hart’s case
Idaho State Rep. Phil Hart submitted this letter from a Spokane attorney to Idaho’s state Board of Tax Appeals to bolster his case that as a state legislator, he’s due extra time to file a state income tax appeal because of the timing of the legislative session.
