Ruling of no conflict in Karl Thompson's defense

U.S. District Court Judge Philip M. Pro's ruling of no conflict of interest in Carl Oreskovich's representation of Spokane police Officer Karl F. Thompson in the Otto Zehm criminal case as well as serving as special counsel to the city of Spokane in a civil lawsuit brought by Zehm's family.
