Envision Spokane's 2011 Community Bill of Rights

Envision Spokane filed on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 an initiative petition with the Spokane City Clerk's office indicating the group's intention to collect signatures of registered voters to place their proposed Community Bill of Rights on the November ballot.
