East Central Alcohol Impact Area petition

The city of Spokane is asking the Washington State Liquor Control Board to ban the sale of beer within the East Central neigborhood that has an alcohol content of 5.7 percent or more when sold by single containers. This is the petition that will soon be sent to the board.
