Whitman County announces decision not to charge suspects in Warner assault

Whitman County Prosecutors announced on Friday, Jan. 17, 2014 that they would not file charges against four people arrested in connection with the assault of David Warner, a WSU instructor. Warner suffered severe brain injuries on March 30, 2013 near the Adams Mall. Police said Warner had been trying to prevent a fight between his friend and others.
