In this Nov. 10, 2015 email, Assistant City Attorney Erin Jacobson notifies City Clerk Terri Pfister she found additional documents responsive to the Spokesman-Review's request for records. They include the handwritten notes from Theresa Sanders in which Monique Cotton alleges Frank Straub "grabbed her ass, tried to kiss her."
