Coming up: Eastern Washington Eagles

COMING UP: Tonight at North Dakota, 5 p.m.; Saturday at Northern Colorado, 6:05 p.m.

OUTLOOK: With only a game separating the third- and 10th-place teams in the Big Sky, the Eagles have an opportunity to put themselves solidly in the playoff hunt with road wins against a pair of struggling teams. Tonight’s game against conference newcomer North Dakota is the Eagles’ first trip to Grand Forks since 1982. Last week, North Dakota got a career-high 23 from junior guard Jamal Webb in a convincing 86-73 win over Montana State – the team that beat EWU in overtime the week before. UND is 4-3 at home this season. Northern Colorado is on a five-game losing streak.
