The Red River which flows on the border between North Dakota and Minnesota has risen to 22 feet above flood stage causing devastating flooding in the Fargo/Moorhead area. Compounded with cold, new snow and ice still on the river residents are having to sandbag their homes while fighting other natural elements. Meanwhile in Colorado a spring storm has hit Denver.
