Winter weather continues (Feb. 24)
Winter weather returned to the Pacific Northwest on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011. The National Weather Service said the storm would bring accumulations in Spokane of 3 to 5 inches Wednesday night and 1 to 3 inches on Thursday.
