Learn about butterflies

Butterflies are fascinating creatures that color our lives, especially when we plan in early spring to plant gardens with flowers that attract and feed them in our yards. Mark your calendar for April 14 when the Washington Butterfly Association and WSU Extension present a free program on buterfly natural history and butterfly gardening, 7 p.m., at the Spokane Extension Office, 222 N. Havana. Space is limited. Reserve a spot by calling (509) 477-2048 to pre-register by April 11. Info: Erik Sjoquist, erik.sjoquist@wsu.edu (509) 477-2048 or Carol Mack, cmack@wsu.edu, (509)447-2401.
