Retiring dogs
Tracy Sargent has worked with several cadaver dogs while searching for people following the tornadoes in Tuscaloosa, Ala. last month. Sargent has responded to hundreds of calls ranging from missing persons to plane crashes to natural disasters. If a dog works for her, it retires with her, she said.
