The 1st Ave. Coffee bar at 1011 W. 1st Ave. is a project of Deboarh Di Bernardo of Roast House and building owner Jerry Dicker. The newly opened bar, which features state-of-the-art espresso, pour over coffee, roasting demonstrations and coffee cocktails, occupies a fairly large space for a coffee shop.
