The Northwest Passages Book Club hosted a holiday feast Wednesday, December 5, 2018 with chef Chad White and best-selling cookbook author Laurel Randolph. White, a former Top Chef contestant, teamed up with Instant Pot expert Randolph to cook a four-course meal live in front of more than 70 readers at The Spokesman-Review. The result: Culinary magic! Just prepared a whole lot faster. Proceeds from the event benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank.
