The Post Falls Community Forest

With the acquisition of 128 acres in September the city of Post Falls now owns a 518 acre continuous section of land just south of the Spokane River. The land, although purchased first for waste water disposal, offers numerous hiking, biking, angling and climbing opportunities for area recreationists. Hikers will be treated to forested trails, some open meadows and an enjoyable ramble along the shore of the Spokane River.
