Spokane County plow drivers
Plow drivers with the Spokane County Roads Department have been working around the clock to clear more than 2,500 miles of roads during the recent snow storm that dropped more than nine inches in the area since Monday. But instead of being greeted with a wave, some are greeted with anger from residents.
