Puddles of expelled water, discharged from toilets in the Looff Carousel facility, were a result of backed up drains on May 16, 2019. Park employees and officials were still working to determine which drain in the system became overwhelmed from torrential downpours earlier in the afternoon, but one suggestion pointed to the nearby Rotary Fountain's draining system in Riverfront Park.
