Grand plaza and waterfront

The new park offers views of the lake like never before. The grand plaza next to the lake is another great gathering spot for public events, such as a car show, crafts fair or food-oriented festival. There’s plenty of space to stroll, sit and enjoy the lake, including this overlook that extends out over the water. There’s access to the city’s dock here, too. Watch for the addition of a unique piece of art: a 90-foot-long replica of Lake Coeur d’Alene etched into the plaza’s concrete.
