This is an ongoing meeting which explores the physical, mental and emotional benefits of meditation and mindfulness, and offers support in making these practices a part of your daily life. The meetings are Free. (Small donations to help cover the costs of room rental, etc., are appreciated.) Meetings are held on first and third Wednesdays of each month at the Deer Park Senior Center.
