WSU Text-to-Win Contest

Contest Rules

Must be at least 18 years old to participate. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. This is a text contest. Standard text message rates apply. Limit one text message entry per contest. You can enter contest with keywords, which will change regularly. Keywords will be announced on the video board display one time during each home game. Reply STOP and keyword to opt out at any time.

The winner will be randomly selected the next business day and notified by telephone or text message. Prizes must be claimed in person at Washington State University, 102 Smith Gym, Pullman, WA, during normal business hours 8-5 M-F, phone 509-335-0338. Winners must be able to prove they are the winner by either showing the winning text message or by providing photo ID. Odds of winning are based on total number of entries received. Prize must be claimed within 3 business days. Prizes may not be substituted and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. All federal, state and local law regulations apply.

The Spokesman-Review assumes no responsibility for entries that it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures, or for any other reason, or for entries that are incomplete, damaged, illegible, misdirected or lost. The Spokesman-Review reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it deems, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, or any official rules. The Spokesman-Review further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion if it deems, in its sole discretion, that it is not capable of completion including infection by computer virus, technical problems or force majeure. Use of automated entry devices or any other act that could impede the integrity of the contest is prohibited.

Employees of The Spokesman-Review, Cowles Company or its subsidiaries, as well as their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to win.

A complete list of prize winners may be obtained by sending a request and a self-stamped, self-addressed return envelope to: The Spokesman-Review, WSU Text-to-Win Contest, PO Box 266, Spokane, WA 99210-0266. All requests must be received within 90 days of the awarding of prizes.
