Fitness Boot Camp

Fitness instructor Carissa Little hosts two classes that will whip you back into shape. Fusion (6-7 p.m.): A weight-based class which incorporates pilates, stretching, high repetition lifting, and cardio circuits. Cardio Hour (7-8 p.m.) incorporates both Zumba and Turbo Kickboxing. Punchcards available. Registration required.
