Tony Perkins, publisher of two of the most successful high-tech magazines of the 1990s, Upside and Red Herring, is making a comeback with a "blogozine." The blogozine will take some of the best articles and comments from his Web logging site, the AlwaysOn Network, and puts them in print every three months.
