Appraiser Nicholas Lowry of Swann Galleries indentifies the image as that of the former Sutro Baths of California, a huge complex that could once accommodate over 10,000 swimmers at a time. Such a big poster commands a big bounty: Lowry estimates the auction value at $15,000-$20,000.
