Justin Dodge, an aircraft mechanic for Spokane Airways, works on a company cargo plane on Monday. Spokane Airways, once the sole full-service facility for private pilots and charters, had to move to smaller buildings on the airport grounds. Its former location was condemned by the airport board since it's in the line of sight of the new control tower set to come online in August.
