Emmy Michaelsen, of Mica Bay, and her dog Toby on Thursday cruise past a wall built by developer Denny Ryerson. Ryerson plans to use the area on Mica Bay for a keyhole marina, which is a multislip boat dock accessed through one waterfront lot to provide water access to several other lots.
