Kathy Miller shows character reindeer made by local crafter Debbie LeBaron at the All Thumbs Holiday Boutique, 7816 E. Broadway Ave., in Spokane Valley. She and her husband Monte gathered 14 regional crafters and artisans, many of whom are struggling, and brought them together in a house converted to a boutique as “just another avenue to help our friends out.” Every room in the house is full of gift items, and all the items are handmade.
