Minutes after being released from Geiger Correctional Center on Christmas Eve, Brandon Neeser kisses his baby daughter Nevaeh. He was incarcerated for a probation violation but had hoped to be out for his daughter’s first Christmas. He was part of a fatherhood class at Spokane County Jail.
