The Black Angels, an Austin-based band whose name is derived from a Velvet Underground song, head up a night of psychedelic shoegaze at the Big Dipper, 171 S. Washington St., Sunday at 7 p.m. The Strange Boys (also from Austin) and Spokane’s Oil of Angels open up.
