“A Christmas Carol” was written by Charles Dickens in 1843. The novella has been adapted in two dozen theater productions, in at least 20 movies and in more than 50 television productions. The latest adaptation is the 3-D film “Disney’s A Christmas Carol.” It stars Jim Carrey and features “performance capture” technology. Much of the movie’s dialogue comes directly from the original Dickens classic. Disney
