Emergency personnel hoist Paul Reinhardt up a cliff overlooking Latah Creek on Monday. Reinhardt, 40, wanted on a domestic violence charge, was being chased by police when he abandoned his car at 27th Avenue and Oak Street and fled on foot, crossing Latah Creek. Reinhardt had to be hoisted out because of a medical condition, police said.
