An enormous moose, a ptarmigan and this mountain sheep stopped off in Spokane yesterday, en route to Mason City, Iowa. The animals weighed 1366 pounds and were trophies of Frank Dills, who had sent them from Anchorage after a hunting trip. United Truck lines handeled the unusual taxidermy shipment from Lonnie Temple. The lower lip of the huge moose can been seen in the upper corner. Photo Archive/ Spokesman Review
