Patty Ratcliffe wears a globe on her head and dances with other merrymakers at a party to celebrate President Obama’s inauguration Tuesday night at the Community Building in Spokane. Ratcliffe said she was dressed as Mother Earth. “I’m celebrating a president who loves me,” she said.
