At the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture on Friday, Lois Paul walks through the Native American artifacts collection. The state wants to cut museum funding for both the Western Washington Historical Society museum in Tacoma and the Eastern Washington Historical Society/Museum of Arts and Culture in Spokane.
