A Slim Jim meat products plant in Garner, N.C., is pictured after an explosion punched holes in the building’s roof Tuesday. Two workers died, four were critically burned and one was unaccounted for. More than 40 others were taken to hospitals, including three firefighters who inhaled ammonia. Authorities could not say where in the sprawling 500,000-square-foot plant the blast happened or what caused it.
