Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton on Friday presents Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov with a mock “reset button” in a gesture designed to symbolize a break from the snarling relationship during the Bush administration. Lavrov needles Clinton by pointing out that due to a translation error the button was labeled not “reset” but “overcharge.”
