Tansy Fae Mathis, 29, of Spokane, was arrested overnight in Spokane in connection with the homicide of Michelle L. Kitterman, who was found March 1, 2009, in a driveway near Tonasket. The Okanogan County Sheriff's Office is still seeking Brent L. Phillips, 38, of Spokane.
